In this role, you will manage the client onboarding journey from pre-engagement to service delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers flexible working arrangements and can be based at any of our office locations, on a hybrid model. You will be assisting the Support Coordination team as an Onboarding Officer, where you will oversee the intake process, including identifying client support needs designing support plans, formulating service quotes, and managing client specific data. You will play a key role in promoting Allinto's unique value proposition and building trust with our clients.
