SUMMARY
The Human Resources (HR) Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting HR functions which include employee file maintenance, renewable requirements, employee support, new hire onboarding, and other administrative tasks. The HR Coordinator complies with all local, state, federal and company rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business-related field is preferred
One year of administrative experience is required
HR and HR System experience is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems/databases
