Location: Rayleigh (Office Based)

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Contract: Permanent

The Recruitment Compliance Officer plays a key role within Kinect’s Recruitment & Compliance Team, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient recruitment and onboarding processes across the organisation. The role exists to ensure all pre-employment checks, right to work documentation, licensing requirements, and onboarding processes are completed accurately and in line with safeguarding, regulatory, and organisational standards. The postholder will also support recruitment coordination activities, training administration, recruitment marketing, and social media engagement to help attract and retain high-quality staff.
