Job Overview

The Onboarding Administrator, reporting to the Manager of Attraction, Recruitment and Hiring will champion the Employer of Choice Brand and be the face of the organization within their assigned Divisions of WEINS Auto Group, executing the organizations talent strategies and achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; and advising managers. This is a contract position for 12 months.

The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for facilitating the hiring manager and orientation process of new employees.
