On‑Site Support (OSD)

Location: Mexico City (on‑site, local presence required)

Role type: On‑Site Support / End‑User Support (not a development role)

• Hands‑on hardware and desktop support
• End‑user / floor support
• Local incident handling and coordination
• Physical presence in the office as needed

• Strong experience in on‑site support environments
• Comfortable with hardware troubleshooting and break/fix
• Able to work independently and interface directly with users
• Prior financial services experience is a plus, but not required

• Work model: Primarily on‑site (not remote)
• Language: Spanish required; English working proficiency preferred
• Advanced English proficiency
