On-Site Scrum Lead / Project Manager

Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly versatile Scrum Lead / Project Manager hybrid to support initiatives across their IT organization. This role will play a critical part in helping centralize project delivery back into a formal PMO while simultaneously supporting agile execution across multiple technical teams.

The ideal candidate can wear multiple hats-, balancing traditional project management responsibilities with Scrum Lead duties, while partnering closely with highly technical teams. This individual will initially operate in a 70% Project Manager / 30% Scrum Lead capacity, with the long-term goal of evolving into a full-time Scrum Lead as agile maturity increases.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and operations projects in an agile environment
