The Role

As the on-site hands and eyes for IT, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting network, server, and site infrastructure, while playing a key role in project delivery and service improvement. You'll work across data centre operations, infrastructure support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across network, server, and infrastructure environments
• Carry out IMAC activities (installs, moves, adds, changes)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform physical infrastructure tasks (racking, cabling, patching)
• Manage server rooms and comms environments
