Our client is looking for someone with 1st and 2nd line support experience.

The Role

You will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the Project Managers and SME teams in the process of onboarding new clients.

Based in Edinburgh (remote) and be tasked with the following:

• Technology assessments, end point configuration, network equipment deployment
• Provide technical support to clients onsite and remotely via phone
• Support and install all hardware

Effectively communicate with both clients and peers.
