Become an on-demand End User Computing Level 1 Support Specialist, providing essential IT assistance at customer locations. This freelance position focuses on ticket-based and dispatch support.
You will troubleshoot devices, install hardware, and manage IMACD tasks effectively. Successful candidates will have experience in Smart Hands roles and a foundational understanding of desktop support and networking. Your strong communication skills will enhance collaboration with technical teams while working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite Smart Hands and L1 EUC support
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers
• Perform installations and equipment replacements
• Assist with networking connectivity and cabling
• Coordinate with remote support and follow SOPs
Requirements:
• Experience in field support or desktop assistance
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting
