This very rewarding position ensures the safety of students and pedestrians during designated periods throughout the school day. This is a vital role that requires commitment and dedication in order to maintain a secure environment and fostering a positive relationship with the community. 
Position: School Crossing Guard
Site: Oxford & Juniper
Status: Casual/On-Call
Shifts: Monday - Friday (815-905 am, 320-410 pm)
Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement - calculation after 88 hours bi-weekly
Responsibilities:
Safely guide children across designated crosswalks during specific times of the school day 
Monitor traffic flow and adhere to safety protocols
