The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessments, documentation, and oversight of care for the residents. They will partner with the Director of Nursing to provide excellent care.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

• Promotes and supports a positive work environment focused on team building and collaboration.
• Provides on-call backup to the community.
• Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent personal or health information concerning residents and staff.
• Ensures that all the needs are met for the residents as well as advising staff that are on the shift.
• Ensures that any incident reports are completed properly and promptly.
• Prepares necessary medical paperwork for all scheduled resident appointm...
