OMNI Lead Department Manager

Position Summary

What you’ll do

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and the co‑ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Review, follow‑up and action any opportunities on key OMNI metrics – Presubs, FTPR, CSAT etc.
• Participates in the training and development of the OMNI Associates, and provides feedback as needed.
