Lead the OMNI area at Walmart in Terrebonne, QC, ensuring stellar customer service and task management. Work with the OMNI Assistant Manager to oversee operations and enhance teamwork. In the role of OMNI Lead Department Manager, you'll guide and support the OMNI team while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service on the sales floor
- Delegate daily OMNI activities and track task completion
- Assess the presentation and cleanliness of the OMNI area
- Support scheduling needs for the team
- Review key performance metrics for improvements
- Participate in training OMNI Associates and ensuring a secure work environment
