Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and financial education.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for lending and other products.
• Meet collections and arrears targets for lending products.
• Educate clients on responsible use of credit and effective money management.
• Establish a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation, and tracking.
• Adhere to internal, regulatory, and legislative governances to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
• Facilitate intra‑branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
