We are now recruiting an experienced O&M Manager to step into a key leadership role, taking ownership of operational delivery across our North of England region.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the O&M Manager is accountable for the safe, efficient, and commercially effective delivery of O&M services across a portfolio of operational wind farms.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will manage operational teams and Lead Technicians across multiple sites, drive performance standards, and act as the primary point of contact for customers across your region.
