O&M Deployment Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The O&M Deployment Leader will lead and support the development and deployment of new technologies and tooling for our global Wind Service OM&U Business, with a focus on robotics and automation. They will also lead Operations Maintenance & Upgrades lean efforts for new and existing processes/capabilities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost.

**Essential Responsibilities**

As the Services O&M Deployment Leader, you will:

+ Be the primary liaison between the Global Wind Services OM&U (Operations, Tooling Centers, EHS) and Wind Engineering (Systems Engineering, ARC, Repair & Installation Technology, Product Line, FPM) in the areas of O&M automation & new technology programs.
+ Lead Global Validations & Beta Period of tooling/process products by working with Wind Engineering, Product Line, Regional Execution Teams, EHS and etc. to ensure timely and realistic trials; this will include the estab...
