OL/EL/PL Solicitor

If you’re confident running liability claims and want more control over your caseload, this role gives you the space to do it properly.

You’ll step into a growing OL/EL/PL team with a consistent flow of work, handling your own files from instruction through to settlement or trial. This isn’t about assisting or being drip-fed work, you’ll be trusted to manage claims end-to-end, make decisions, and keep things moving.

In the first few months, the priority is getting up to speed and taking ownership of your caseload. From there, you’ll build momentum, developing your technical approach, strengthening your negotiation skills, and broadening your exposure across different types of employer’s liability, public liabil...
