OFR EXPORTS CONTROLLER – Durban, South Africa

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) is looking for an OFR Exports Controller to manage export shipments and related compliance in Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries.
• Provide high levels of customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Support OPS Operations Manager / Team leader with the implementation of new/change of systems, directives and distribution of information to staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with Carriers.
• Arrange for the movement of shipment from pick up at customer to delivery at carriers.
• Book with carrier/Update CW1 remarks with booking info.
• Complete export documents.
• Conduct quality checks on documentation before lodging to airline.
• Close the shipment in CWI.
