Offsite Referral Specialist, Staten Island, New York

**Job Description**

The Offsite Referral and Pre-Certification Specialist is responsible for completing all referrals and pre-certification requirements according to established protocols.

**Qualifications**

+ High School graduate or equivalent
+ No experience is required, 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred as follows:

1. Experience in processing prior-authorizations and referrals is preferred.

2. Understands requirements for Internal WMG referrals as well as Outgoing Referrals.

3. Understands the concept of PCP and referrals protocols as defined by Insurance Carriers.
