OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

To plan, manage, and oversee offshore construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, CHOD, cost, schedule, and quality objectives. The role provides technical and execution input during the bid and tender stages, manages subcontractor interfaces, and serves as the primary point of contact with clients and other contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated offshore construction execution.

• Review tender documents, scope of work, client specifications, schedules, procedures, and method statements.
• Provide technical and execution input to offshore management during bid stage, including durations, qualifications, and execution strategies.
