Officer, Planner - Contract Basis

Responsibilities

• System Transfer and Data Management (SAP): Responsible for accurate data transfer within the SAP system.
• Perform data entry to ensure all planning-related information is properly recorded.
• Organize, clean, and maintain data and reports for accuracy and efficiency.
• Report Management: Prepare, update, and maintain reports related to planning activities.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across all reports.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Certificate in any discipline.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SAP system is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
