- Computer literate.
- Customer Relations & Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in handling customer complaints, cargo claims, and damaged cargoes.
- Displays a professional demeanor and customer first attitude at all times.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Filipino.
