Position: Senior Officer - Import
Location: Clifton, Karachi
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage import operations and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with international/local vendors and freight forwarders.
Handle import documentation including invoices, BL, packing lists, and approvals.
Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Coordinate with clearing agents, supply chain, and finance teams.
Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain import records and shipment trackers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field.
2 to 4 years of experience in import operations or supply chain.
Good understanding of import procedures and shipping documentation.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
Work Location: In person
