Office Services - Facilities Coordinator

Position Summary:

Position will oversee all activities related to building maintenance and manage services provided by facilities maintenance vendors that support the core of Penske operations within the Green Hills Corporate Center. The core responsibility of the position will be to ensure the facilities are clean, safe and all equipment that supports Penske interests are working properly. This position be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Responsible for ensuring the Penske organization has a suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance of Computer Room and UPS room (environmental support systems including HVAC, fire suppression, environmental monitoring and alarms.
