Are you an experienced administrative operations, facilities, travel, or office services professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and staying directly involved in the work? Sigma Technologies is looking for a Office Operations Services Leader to oversee daily support operations, develop team members, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a high level of service across travel, shipping, facilities, and workplace support.

This is a working manager position. The Support Services Lead will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing team members while also remaining hands-on in the daily work, including supporting travel coordination, shipping needs, facility support, vendor communication, issue resolution, and other operational support activities as needed.
