As a member of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in leveraging technology to optimise and enhance HR functions and service delivery to create a high-performing future ready organisation.We are seeking proactive, forward-thinking professionals who are passionate about the interplay of people, processes and systems, ready to serve as technology advocates to foster a ‘digital-by-default’ culture in the HR department.
This role is a contract position for 2 years.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. HR digitalisation
• Enhancing and refining various HR processes through digitalisation and business process re-engineering.
• Collaborating with colleagues to address HR needs and developing effective solutions to improve HR outcomes.
