Sussex Insurance (inside Walmart) located at 275 Green Ave W in Penticton is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in management and Auto Insurance with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Management Responsibilities
Exercise the authority of a manager including staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, one-on-one coaching, employee recognition, and development
Ensure performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner
Take appropriate action when employee performance does not meet expectations
Keep staff informed of branch manager updates and industry regulatory changes
Provide ongoing coaching focused on identifying customer needs and strengthening customer relationships
