 For our office in Houten, we are looking for an Office Manager. This means that you are the “face” of our office, being responsible for the wellbeing of our team, the support our Unit Coach, the invoicing process, and some other administrative tasks.

Your main responsibility is managing the office . This means you:

  • Provide office materials like coffee, other beverages, pens and papers, etc.

  • Make sure the office is equipped properly.

  • Handle all reception and secretarial activities like managing the mail, answering phone calls, etc. Lastly you will also support the event organization like team buildings, BBQ...
