Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accounting records for all invoices, deposits, rent and service fee collections, etc., as set out in the administrative policy and procedure.
  2. Maintain Vacant Hour Report weekly and upload to SharePoint when advised.
  3. Update tabs in the Purchase Journal for the site. Tabs will be determined by the Executive Director, typically Admin and Agency but is subject to change by the Executive Director.
  4. Perform payroll duties necessary for the calculation of accurate wages and salaries of all staff.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of all financial, personnel and resident data.
  6. Be knowledgeable of and practice residence's fire and safety programs.

Leadership

  1. Oversees and co‑ordinates front desk staff and/or housekeeping depending on the business.
  2. Participates as a member of the work team and provides support to other team members.
