Overview
Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences across Canada. We seek an Office Manager for an 18‑month contract covering a 24/7 operation in a retirement residence.
Responsibilities
- Engage with residents, ensuring needs are met and concerns addressed.
- Maintain accurate resident records and manage all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll & Benefits, and scheduling.
- Lead and support a team of front‑desk staff, providing training and direction.
- Oversee reception desk operations and shape the first impression for new residents.
- Ensure administrative processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain flexibility in schedule to accommodate 24/7 needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
