- Be on site to help get the facility management get started and running smoothly
- Act as the main point of contact between the client accounts and internal teams
- Ask questions and gather practical information about how the companies work
- Help organize information, follow up on actions, and prepare clear reporting
- Support meetings, checks, and day‑to‑day activities when needed
- Travel, adapt to new situations, and learn how business operations work step by step
- When needed occasionally step in to replace your colleagues on site
- You just graduated or have a few years of experience
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus
- Proactive, confident, and comfortable speaking up and engaging with stakeholders
- Social, approachable, and motivated to help things move forward
