Fit Floors is looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team.

We are a busy flooring showroom that works closely with homeowners, contractors, installers, and suppliers throughout the West Kootenays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping a business run smoothly day-to-day.

We?re looking for someone who is confident working independently, communicates professionally, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

What You?ll Be Doing:

• Managing invoices, bills, and data entry using QuickBooks
• Assisting with accounts payable and general office administration
• Answering phones and helping customers in the showroom
• Coordinating with installers, suppliers, and team members
