Job Description

Duties - Administrative Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to executives and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate office maintenance when required.

  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems for proper record keeping.
