OFCI Project Manager - Data Centre

Job Description

We are looking for an OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) Project Manager with mechanical or electrical experience. They will be responsible for ensuring all activities related to the owner‑furnished equipment are executed qualitatively and on time. As client representative you will oversee all OFE/FIA activities, working with client sourcing departments and contractors, and updating the project team on progress and bottlenecks.

• Managing OFE; monitoring and reporting on vendor and integrator off‑site activities.
• Perform in‑depth contract and scope of work reviews, gap analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address concerns.
• Provide regular weekly progress updates to stakeholders.
• Manage OFE schedules, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Swiftly resolve issues, blockers and conflicts during project execution.
