Summary
Set up, program and operate CNC grinding machines according to written procedures and grind work pieces to customer’s blueprint specification. Complete all documentation required per company procedures such as 8-Step Checklists, Route Sheets, SPC Charting, Non-Conformance Reports, Scrap Tags, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with Department Leaders regarding the status of jobs in order to determine capacity and alternate routes if necessary. Assist Department Leader in pulling jobs through the department.
