ISMIRA AGENCY is actively recruiting for position Learning & Development Manager onboard OCEANIA and REGENT Cruises

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible to facilitate service training for all ICs / SSSL departments onboard the vessel within the Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas brands, coordinate new hire familiarization, perform administrative tasks related to learning and development and display a role model and professional behavior as ICs / SSSL ambassador. While the Learning & Development Manager focuses on the ICs / SSSL departments, he / she works in cooperation with the on board HR Manager for the benefit of the operation.
