• Responsible for the full coordination of sea freight shipments from A to Z.


• Maintaining close contact with carriers, agents, customers, and suppliers.


• Actively tracking shipments and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.


• Managing bookings and preparing all related shipping documentation and administration.


• Supporting invoicing processes and coordinating customs activities.


• Working closely with Sales and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages being an asset.


• Proven experience with air or ocean freight oprtations.


• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
