As an Ocean Export Operations Agent I, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end ocean export operations, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end ocean export shipments, from booking to final delivery.
Manage export bookings with ocean carriers and coordinate cargo pickup, consolidation, and loading.
Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of all required export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates and resolving operational issues.
Coordinate with overseas agents, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Prepare rate quotations, manage costs, and audit invoices to ensure financial accuracy and profitability.
