Process non-DG shipments.
Track shipments for specific customer accounts.
Register custom documents on national customs website.
Execute and follow up of daily reports.
Create non-DG files in our own SAP system.
Send out pick up instructions to our road service providers.
Verify & document booking confirmations and container releases of ocean carriers.
Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers as ocean carriers, trucking companies and other parties involved.
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the DLSOP.
Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
