**_SUMMARY:_**
We are seeking an*Occupational and Recreational Therapy Supervisor*to join our Inpatient Psych team. This fulltime role will work days.
*Purpose of this position:*Supervises and coordinates staff therapist’s activities; oversees general workflow and special projects.
*_RESPONSIBILITIES:_*
* Exhibits leadership behaviors that support staff to take responsibility, authority, and accountability for decision making related to patient care
o Supervises service delivery across the continuum including inpatient, outpatient and offsite clinics
o Clinical resource for staff including orientation and training of new staff and the development of ongoing competencies and education for all staff
o Develops and administers departmental policies, procedures and workflow in accordance with hospital policies and leadership
