Occupational Therapy (OT) Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility – Full time – Independent Contractor

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Supervisor to lead our OT team in a skilled nursing and sub ‑ acute rehab setting. This role includes supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and completing evaluations for new sub ‑ acute admissions. Passionate new graduates with an interest in geriatrics are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate residents admitted for sub ‑ acute rehabilitation

- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

- Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants

- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

- Participate in care planning and discharge discussions



Requirements

- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in New York

- Strong communication and organizational skills
