The salary range for this position is CAD $45.15 - $56.17 / hour.

Job Summary

This unique unit serves patients in their own home, using technology to connect them with the care staff that they would normally encounter in an inpatient setting. You will work out of a central office with your team, connecting virtually with patients. As a therapist on this unit, you will have the opportunity to introduce patients to a variety of life skills and self‑management skills, such as grocery shopping strategies, sensory interventions, wellness planning, routine building, and community leisure opportunities.
