Workload & Schedule

Caseload of approximately 45–55 students

Balanced workload model:

~50% direct treatment

~50% administrative responsibilities (documentation, IEPs, coordination)

Flexible scheduling options, including:

Up to one remote day per week

Adjustments based on clinician preference where possible

Work Environment

School Assignments

Flexibility in placement:

Opportunities to work across 1 to 5 school sites, depending on clinician preference and comfort level
