Job Description
Become an Occupational Therapist for a Long Term Care home in London, Ontario. This role focuses on assessments and developing personalized treatment strategies for residents.
With a weekly schedule of 4-5 hours, this position offers the opportunity to deliver impactful care. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to implement effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct OT/ADP assessments as per standards
• Develop individualized treatment plans for residents
• Document progress notes in the health record system
• Work with the Physiotherapy and Nursing teams
