• Part-time position - Monday & Tuesday | 15 hours per week

• Support daily operations and care delivery in a trusted aged care facility

About the role:

Baptistcare is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our residential aged care team at our 98 bed Gracehaven in Rockingham offering 15 hours per week. 

Depending on your location, a pool car may be available for travel to Rockingham. Vehicles can be reserved in advance and collected from our Belmont head office.

In this role, you will assess residents to identify their capabilities and develop personalised care plans aimed at supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
