Contribute to client wellness as an Occupational Therapist with Bayshore Health, specializing in assessment and therapeutic education in diverse settings.
As an integral part of the Therapy & Rehab team, you will assess client needs, develop personalized treatment goals, and monitor progress in alignment with professional standards. Clear communication and rigorous record-keeping will be key, along with collaboration with fellow health professionals to achieve client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and continuously evaluate treatment plans
• Maintain clinical accuracy and documentation as required
