Work Experience
previous Outpatient experience or Clinical Rotation in Outpatient rehab preferred.
Major Responsibilities:
Interprets physician referrals and evaluates the patient's physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities and their impact on the patient's activities of daily living.
