  • Responsible for providing safe and effective Occupational Therapy services by implementing appropriate evaluation, treatment, and education, designed to meet the identified needs and functional goals of the patient. Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, families/caregivers, and team members. Promotes teamwork.

  • The Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in self-care, physical mobility or functional independence. We are a collaborative multi-disciplinary team of therapists offering cutting-edge, evidence based practice and compassionate individualized treatment.
