Occupational Therapist

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist on a full-time fixed term contract of 6 months to provide service to our residential aged care sites north of the river and our transition care program in Innaloo. There is a possibility for other opportunities or contract extension at the end of the 6 month period.

As an Occupational Therapist in Residential Aged Care, you will assess the client, determine individual capabilities, and set realistic goals, facilitating the achievement of these goals while optimising the client’s functional performance in relation to activities of daily living, wellbeing, leisure pursuits and vocation/education. As the Occupational Therapist in Transition Care, you will be involved in multidisciplinary goal setting and intervention implementation to support clients in their restorative care journey.
