- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families using a patient and family centred approach.
- Work independently while maintaining accountability and professional standards.
- Supervise and direct therapy assistants.
- Provide consultative services and participate in virtual/tele rehabilitation service delivery or demonstrate willingness to learn tele rehab modalities.
